How's it goin' Rip. All is well in Knoxville. The locals are in mourning cuz the Vols dropped one to Arkansas. Doesn't matter much though. They won their division and they'll make the tourney. Coach Pearl has this town excited. I'm quietly cheering for them(don't tell anyone).

Kind of a neat thing all though I'll probably get massacred by my fellow MJer's. Grew up watching Cathy Rigby on ABC and all that gymnastic stuff. I got to meet her this afternoon at a 2PM matinee showing of "Peter Pan" here in K-town. I actually saw it last night with my wife and enjoyed it so much I took the kids today. They had an autograph session after the show(line a mile long) but it was cool meeting her and getting her to sign a poster. Man, she is a short little thing!

i remember it well. i dont know when it came out, but i was a kid and a friend of mine and i went to it, i talked him into asking the girls in front of us if they wanted to sit next to us. they of course didn't. it was the first time i was shot down.

Don Knotts was one of the greatest comedy talents ever. I very
sad he's gone. Barney, Gilligan, Dr. Mccoy,Scotty,Archie Bunker. Who's next? Wont be too many years before we lose Captain Kirk,Spock,Andy Griffith, Dick Van Dyke ect. They all have given me many hours of enjoyment and laughs.
