I went to see Eight Below.

Yes, it is PG.

Yes, it is about sled dogs.

Yes, it was a great movie.

The cinematography alone makes this movie worth seeing in the theaters. The personification of the sled dogs makes the movie very enjoyable. The character development of the dogs made me feel for them more than I did for Tom Hanks in Castaway.

If you can find a reason to see it, do.

Honestly, great movie.

If you have kids, there is nothing wrong with watching Eight Below. Seems like a good family movie.

Having said that, I have no kids, and I don't see myself watching any of those movies. Maybe Date Movie if it's on PPV and I'm home alone with nothing going on.
