I just don't understand women. After the last child was born, she told me we had to cut back on expenses, and that I had to give up drinking beer. I was not a big drinker; maybe a 12 pack on weekends

Anyway, I gave it up but I noticed the other day she came home from grocery ! shopping and when I looked at the receipt and saw $45 in makeup.
I said, "Wait a minute. I've given up beer and you haven't given up anything!"

She said, "I buy that makeup for you, so I can look pretty for you."

I told her, "Hell, that's what the beer was for!"

I don't think she'll be back

If that doesn't run her off for good, next time she talks about losing weight just say "Why bother, the sex hasn't been good for almost 10 years now anyway so why waste the effort?"

That one usually gets me two weeks of quiet time.

Your wife buy cosmetics from the grocery? How much Maybeline does $45 buy?

My friend, there was your problem. Did she also buy her lingerie form Dollar General?

Well, I actually was thinking about proposing to my woman. Should I stay single guys? Seriously, I'm almost 37 and I don't really want kids. I have enough nephews and nieces. I hardly ever hear anything good about marriage and shes really starting to put the pressure on me lately

Laugh my ass off PF! Can't live with em, can't live without em'. Women shit me at times. I think ol' Hugh heffner has it right. Can call on about 100 'stunners' to knock him off at any second of the day but isn't married to any of them. Can only imagine how good that would be!

hmm, that is a tough one. i would say if you are doubting it, no. being a female, i notice that my single friends are much more plesant (sic?) to be around than my married friends. who knows why that is. maybe because i am not married they treat me differently. i think women change when they get married. some become more needy, kind of a bitch, and pretty much only want to be with their husbands. almost all of them get their hair cut short (why?). i would make sure that the girl is a really cool chick that won't become mega bitch once you get married. your 37 and a guy, you have plenty of time! wow, after reading some posts here i noticed men really talk trash about their wives. maybe i should save myself and never marry!
