Love is blind --is pretty much right on for either gender.
If only we could look into the future--and we can to some extent.
Look at the parents--what physical shape are they in--have they stuck it out through thick and thin or took the exit route.
Is home neatly kept? You can weigh out lots of factors but you can pretty well count on there is an better than 85% chance--when you look at parents your looking at child 20 years down the road.

hmm, that is a tough one. i would say if you are doubting it, no. being a female, i notice that my single friends are much more plesant (sic?) to be around than my married friends. who knows why that is. maybe because i am not married they treat me differently. i think women change when they get married. some become more needy, kind of a bitch, and pretty much only want to be with their husbands. almost all of them get their hair cut short (why?). i would make sure that the girl is a really cool chick that won't become mega bitch once you get married. your 37 and a guy, you have plenty of time! wow, after reading some posts here i noticed men really talk trash about their wives. maybe i should save myself and never marry!
