The 65th Square
these ncaa games are so stressful

it is almost better not to even watch

here is what happened to me yesterday

times are eastern

7 pm game

i have the under in the drake game at 131.5
teams are at 19-10 at halftime and
the game goes over
geez

9:30 pm game

i have the over in the nba san antonio game
san ant is terrible for overs and the game appears to be a dud
however, the teams erupt in the second half and score over 110 points to go over for the game

so far i went from very mad and the drake fiasco to very happy with the nba game

then to cap it off

i have the over in the ucla game
needless to say i need a miracle and the game goes into overtime and i win
yes, and it was my largest wager of the day

so quite a rollercoaster and i did not go to bed until 1:15, but it was so sweet to wake up at 6 with a nice boost in my account

:toast:

I know exactly what you mean. I bet b/c I want to win. Duh...
But, it also makes games a lot more interesting, even when no longer in doubt otherwise.
Some of the best parts of betting are the stories you can tell, on both wins and losses. I love both, sometimes just way after the fact.

What I really hate is just losing streaks that you can't seem to get out of. If I lose a game on some weird stuff, it sucks, but whatever. But when I lose like that several times in a row, or even just once or twice while in a losing streak.....its just miserable.

But, I know we've all been there.
