Man, they're making it sound brutal. Hope the guy didn't suffer a career-threatening injury.

saw it, looked like his eye came out, still attached but definitely out of the socket, it was bad enough they won't even show it again.

Ok, if we're making jokes I'll throw my hat in the ring...

That injury must have been quite an EYE sore. Thank you, thank you, I'll be here all week. Ok, now I'm for sure going to hell. From what they're saying it does sound like the eyeball actually came out. Seriously though, that's a tough break. Very good college player who could have his career cut short before he makes it big. I hope it's not curtains for him...

I know I joked but it obviously isnt funny. Certainly wishing the best for him....for some reason these things never happen to the bad guys...

It's not like his eye was bouncing around on the ground, but it really looked like it was out of the socket.

Let's just say that my already eaten dinner almost ended up on my keyboard...

The eye is attached! It can't just fall out.

:mj07: My bad, I didn't even realize I had said fallen out. You would think the guy had a glass eye or something the way I was talking. It's been a while since my Anatomy class, but yeah the eyeball is definitely attached. Wrong choice of wording on my part...

Finding humor in ghastly injuries... it's nice to know there are others on this site who are as demented as I am. :142smilie

Just showed the replay but you couldn't see much. And according to Buccigross... "it looked as though his eyeball actually popped out of his head." Ok, now he's just trying to drum up ratings...
