"the bunker"
from what they told me,anybody that played the over/under 9.5 got "no-action".....

i guess the thinking being that if it had been 12,they would have lined it at 11.5....

funny because they said that anythingbthat`s due to obvious human error is a no-bet....

if i remember right,it was either 5 dimes or pinny and i accidemtally played the wrong side once, contacted them immediately, and they said there was nothing they could do...

human error on their side/no play...

human error on my side,i have a better chance of stuffing a bowling ball up a fish`s ass than getting a "no play"...

may have to pull some 5 dimes money....and open somewhere else...

You got screwed GW

I played mine at sportsbook and they graded it a winner

Here's why 5dimes "human error" theory is bullsh*t...

A few weeks ago, Oscar Diaz was -300 and the over 9.5 was -250. They opened up props with Diaz by decision +350 and Diaz inside distance -110

This was obviously a human error on their part, and if Diaz would've won by decision there's no dought in my mind that they'd call no action on all props due to obvious humon error. But since Diaz won by stoppage they graded the wagers as played.

Just like in the Diaz fight, all the money was on the over in the Rubio-Garcia fight. So if the fight would've went under, they would've graded the wagers as played and kept the cash. Since they were on the losing end this time its called no-action...absolute BS

If it was obviously human error, why did all the other books grade the play a winner???

I hate it when sh*t like this happens, but 5dimes is too valuable for me to stop using them.

On the lake. Setting hooks!
I must say I'm worried BOXLOCKS. I just recently joined up with 5 dimes to be able to play all your boxing plays and to be able to get boxing parlays. Plus the props availabe there. But I've heard you before complain about them not grading your parlay action right. Now this. I'm worried about the safety of my money and the potential future problems with this book. After all, they hold all the cards in any dispute. Your advice would be great.

GW

Bet365 is a very good Euro book

They cover some fights that we usually can't touch and they offer some props on fights that even 5dimes doesn't handle

For instance, a few weeks ago I played the Scott Dann over 4.5 rounds at -150. No other book had a total on that fight and it went to 9th round before being stopped. If I didn't have an account there I would've missed out on a very solid play. They also offer live betting on some of the euro fights, I made a sh*tload off Calzaghe +138 after the first round, +110 after the second, and -138 after the third.

A definite 'must have' book...imo

There's nothing to worry about as far as your money being safe, 5dimes is a legit book and I've never had a problem withdrawing money from them. The only problem seems to be their German ways of judging who wins and who loses. Believe me its not that big of a deal, the other times that you've seen me bitch about them was when they "accidentally" graded one of my winners as a loser. In those cases, I just used the "live help" option on the home page to inform them of their "obvious humon error" and the wagers were regraded correctly within minutes.

My advice to you...make sure every wager you place is graded correctly after ample time has been given for them to do so. And not just at 5dimes, every book makes mistakes and you should monitor your account every week to make sure there are no discrepencies.

If there is a problem, contact the book first and see if they will help you. If not, contact Jack and let him know you're getting hosed by a sponsor book and he'll take care of it...hopefully.

Your money is safe, just don't rely on them to grade your wagers properly

In fairness to 5dimes they did have the garcia-Rubio fight listed for 10 rounds. In there rules it says if they have the wrong amount of rounds listed it's no action. At pinnacle and sportsbook, they don't list the amount of rounds so if it is 9.5 they are going to grade it either way.

Good point

The question is...if the fight would've gone under 9.5...would they still have graded the wagers 'no action"

I seriously dought it

And the reason I say this...

I've had to contact them a few times over the last few years when they graded one of my winners a loser (for no apparent reason)

Not once have they graded one my losers as a winner

Must be a coincidence

True, I can't say either way on that. I just rmemebered they had it listed for 10 rounds. When I was watching the fight and they kept fight I was surprised for a minute :142smilie Funny enough I have had a couple of wagers graded wrong there as well, but they were losers that were graded winners. They were reversed later. Easy way to ever avoid that type of issue is to take a screen shot before you bet it if you don't trust them.

You have no idea how funny that is, at the end of the 10th I got up and ran some errands around the house, I get back to the throne and these guys are still fighting. At first I thought they were showing me a replay of one of the rounds...hilarious. Glad I wasn't the only one.

Btw, is there any way to get the captions translated to english...no hablo espanol
