OK, am I an idiot?
Don't answer that....
I use 2 online books and a local. I attempted to "bonus whore" out and use a third book for the superbowl to make the most of the big game. I bet my investment on the superbowl. I lost.
Two weeks later, after I had licked my wounds...I attempted to use my bonus....it wasn't there....
I e-mailed them inquiring about my bonus. (1) nothing
I emailed a second time inquiring about my bonus. (2) They send me a long e-mail of rules:
4x rollover.....
if it is dormant for a week it disappears...
it must stay invested for 30 days before it is cashed....
...I waited three days, the account was not funded.
I e-mailed a third time. (3) nothing
I e-mailed a fourth time, cc'ed Jack. (4)They apologized and funded my account. They said that they require all bonus customers to e-mail them so they can give them "the rules". They had already given me "the rules" I just wanted the bonus.
I have rolled over the bonus amount 4 times....and it has been 30 days since my investment. I phoned today to withdraw, they said I have to rollover THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF THE FIRST DEPOSIT PLUS THE BONUS TO WITHDRAW.
I am unhappy, but I have never tried this before....is this a normal policy?
