Seeing Texas -6 v WVa. Cant believe they ar ebegging for Hillbilly money. Good news for my boys.

Things may be a bit tougher for the Longhorns.......they wont have the friendly confines of Dallas this week.......

Remember West Va had Texas beat earlier this year- some missed free throws by West V. at the end cost it for them

Texas played poorly, and that was when they tried playing more man defense and Gibson at the point. WVa was terrible at the stripe down the stretch, but as I recall they shot close to 70% from behind the arc. I doubt either happens again. Thus, while uselful I dont think the previous matchup isnt as meaningful either directon as it might normally imo.

Edit: Actually WV shot poorer than I remembered. Texas had 24 turnovers, the main reason the game was as close as it was. Texas outrebounded them 40-19.

SO i figure the usual WVa game - if they hit 3s they will be tough to beat. If Texas turns it over alot, it will be tough for them to win.

They sure had a lack of fan support for playing in their home state :sadwave: I guess there was a rodeo in town

Classy Vinnie, real classy. People die and lose their homes and you want to make a joke out of it?

Where is KU right now, now that you mention it?

hmmm yet you have been quoted as denying your texas "homeritis". I rest my case

then you claim to just be a "big 12" fan, but you rip kansas for losing

Verdict: homer

Nothing to do with homeritis. I am surprised the line is so high. That would seem to be the exact opposite of being a homer, now wouldnt it? Was I a homer when I bet Penn the other night.

Nor am I a "Big 12 fan." I know the conference and thus bet on it. That doesnt mean I sit around with pom-poms and root for or care for the teams. I care about winning bets on them. Seems this has been endlessly discussed as well.

Never ceases to amaze me how clueless you are.
