Houston.Mizzou St. Matchup

Gonna play the UNDER 69 in the 1stH.

Having seen Houston about 10 times this season including live and in person vs. BYU the other night, I know this.
They like to play a frantic jack it up style,but they want the game to be played at their tempo. They run the shot clock down almost every half court set,they play tight scrambling defense(typical Penders).

Only 1 of Houston's last 9 games have gone over this 1stH number.The Rice game was 44-42.

My one fear is both these teams play a tight aggresive style of defense which could lead to a ton of FT's like Missouri St last game vs. Stanford(73 FT's taken).

Wow that line has dropped,but game line hasn't really dropped.
I just saw it at 66.
I played it late last night at 69.
Still like it at 66.
Stats on Houston are almost the same with this number.
Only over 2 of last 9 games. A 67 point half mixed in there.

Tough to say.
U of H is hitting the 3's and seems to be playing better on the defensive side of the ball.

Houston is attacking the hole and kicking out for the 3's.They all seem to be solid looks and the typical Penders prayers.

The good news for Houston is they have the lead and Oliver Lafyette nicknamed "THE O-SHOW" was more like the "THE NO SHOW".
The O-Show was 0fer the 1stH.
He has done this before and then come out and played his ass off.

Talk all week in Houston is how determined this team is to make it to NY.
Not sure Mizzou St has the same desires.They feel snubbed by the NCAA's.

Like the Coogs +6 in the 2ndH.
