Another solid day yesterday (4-2) A Bradley 3-pointer with under 10 sec to go cost me a perfect day. On to first selection for todays action....

Wichita State +3

I like the Shockers in this mid-major match-up. G. Mason defeated them back in Feb giving State one of only two home losses this year as a 3 point dog. It took a 3-point basket by Skinn in the final seconds to seal the victory. These young men will be playing tonight in "revenge mode". I also wonder how much gas the Patriots have left in the tank after the two biggest wins in school history ( Mich St./ N.C.) back to back. I think State has a great chance to move on to the Elite 8, but I'll still take the points.

I'm still looking at the other games....

That Memphis/Bradley game sucked. Memphis put in subs, so you can't really blame them but...
They get the ball with right about 35 sec's to play. Could have run out clock. He drives, gets an easy layup. Still 2 pts away from a push on total. Bradley hits a 3 on next possession. If he misses that, I'm almost positive Memphis runs it out. If he shoots a 2 and makes it, its still a push. Man, that was tough. Lost that and Gonzaga ML on that parlay. Great day could have been literally twice as good.

Got to stick with you Mully. Going to play smaller today though.

OVER 128 G-town/Florida

This is one of the few teams the Hoyas will face this year that can compete with them down low. Florida has a very balanced squad that can score underneath the basket or kick it out and kill you from beyond the arc. They boast 5 starters that avg. double figures! The Gators average close to 80 points per game with G-town averaging just under 67 points. The Hoyas should be able to keep this game close with their defense, but John Thompson III knows to have any chance at all to win, they will need to pick it up on the offense end.

OVER 140 Boston College/Nova

Thought I'd better get this in now as I see the line going back up. This total opened up at 142 and with over 80% of the public on the over , it dropped to 139. :mj03: I now see it's back up to 140 and rising! I think the odds- makers made a mistake and were trying to get some money on the under. A line movement play only, but my gut says VERY STRONG PLAY!

Washington Regional Strong Total Play

Washington Regional Strong Total Play

Under 126.5 Wichita St/George Mason

I've been tracking the line movement on this game the last couple days. Opened at 122 for a good reason. These foes already met once this season and should have a good grasp on what each other will do. Both are VERY SOLID on the defensive end giving up just 59 and 62 points per game respectfully. Sit back and get ready for a hard fought game that will most likely be decided in the final minutes.

Very Strong Total Play

Very Strong Total Play

OVER 59 G-town/Florida -1st half VERY STRONG

This will be my largest play for today. I also increased my wager on the game total. Now down to 127.5.

The line movement and very low first half total , seem very similar to yesterdays West Virginia/Texas game. :thumb:

Time to get the young man to bed. :mj18: and I won't be far behind... :mj07:
