I quit smoking 13 months ago for the 3rd time, first time lasted 7 months 2nd time lasted 12 weeks, my night life was the cause of my relapses but those experiences helped me get to were I am now. Some advice to keep it up, fFirst immediately start exercising anything will do walking, running, working out, playing a sport what ever, 2nd if you are a drinker getting through that first really drunk night is a huge accomplishment nothing in my mind can be worse than that 1st night, all 3 times I quit I got through that in the first 3 days it just seemed easier after that so I would suggest trying that but with some serious supervision (maybe a SOBER girlfriend or wife to make sure u don't smoke). But the main reason I am writing this is to tell you that I still crave those little bastards even while I complain about how disgusting they smell at the bar so NEVER LET YOUR GUARD DOWN IT IS A MENTAL DISEASE THAT NEVER REALLY GOES AWAY.
