ucla was a very trendy final four pick by a lot of people, including the a lot of the national media. if im not mistaken, vitale had ucla in his final four. im not sure where youre getting that people said alabama and gonzaga would beat ucla from because there were tons of people who were anti-zags and said that ucla would destroy them. youre definitely right in that for some reason a lot of people gave ucla little chance vs lsu (why, i have no idea) but plenty of people had ucla getting to the elite 8 at worst.

I am such a homer for UCLA and I hope they win the whole enchilada tonight, BUT, I can't find a statistical reason to put much money on it.
