i can only remember back to the late 80's but these games are ridiculous. i'm glad florida is beating ucla but these games are struggling to keep my attention.
last time florida was here sucked, none of 3 games closer than 12 (wisky score 41, ouch) ... 1984hou/Va was only good game ... 1990 scores were 30 in finals, semis 14, and 9 .... in '81 no game closer than 13 ... in '76 no games closer than 14 ... '73 11 was closet game ... '68, 23 in final, 32 in semi and 14 in other semi ... '67 fourteen pts was closet

actually....going back to the regional finals.....7 of the last 8 games sucked (only gm uconn was close and entertaining....the other three were horrible games despite being somewhat close)

guess you gotta be from the dirty south to appreciate this year's final 4. Do agree the lsu/ucla game was pretty boring but the intensity was and always will be there in the finals. Just watching the guys facial expressions was intense. I'm not sure, but believe the final 4 did not consist of a team in the top 5 maybe 10? Now that's pretty cool :SIB
i'd put ucla and fla in the top 10 with lsu right there as well
just because the media and espn tried to downgrade the final four doesnt mean it's true:
after uconn, duke, nova there were about 10 teams who were all fairly even and ucla-fla-lsu fall in that category.....not sure why i've been hearing that this was such a shocking final 4
