She should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law but nothing will happen to her. She'll just play the race card. :shrug:

Her and Stephen A. Smith would make for quite the couple... After every argument Cynthia would defiantly yell, "You are treating me this way because I am black!" as she stormed out of the room.
And then Stephen A. would claim racism was the reason he was being treated so poorly by his spouse...
