I can't get motivated to workout to rap. It makes me want to go rob a liquor store, pick up some ho's and smoke a blunt with my homies. I like to listen to some angry music such as:

1. Walk by: Pantera
2. Dam That River by: Alice In Chains
3. Hey Man Nice Shot by: Filter
4. Mother by: Danzig
5. My Friend of Misery by: Metallica
6. Master of Puppets by: Metallica
7. One by: Mettalica
8. Passenger by: Deftones
9. Change by: Deftones
10. Enemy by: Sevendust
11. Minerva by: Deftones
12. World So Cold by: Mudvayne
13. Not Falling by: Mudvayne

For some reason, this type of music keeps me motivated. I've actually tried to workout to some 50 cent, Outkast, and some others but it doesn't motivate me to workout.

I would add some Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson, Helmet and Damageplan to that list. Not necessarily everyday listening but cant be beat in the gym.

Is there a way we can upload and share playlists to itunes?

Last summer I got on a workout kick that ended up getting me in the best shape I'd been in since playing sports year round in high school. I used the same playlist everyday, and it got to a point where I could gauge the progress of my workouts b/c I knew where I needed to be by certain songs. I like variety in music so this was perfect for me since it's all over the place in terms of genre. Not for everyone, but it was great for me.

1. Rob D - Clubbed to Death (probably my fave pump-up song. Nike started using it in a commercial during March Madness)
2. Lil Jon - Get Low
3. Guns n' Roses - Welcome to the Jungle
4. Frankie Lymon - Why do fools fall in love
5. Nitty - Nasty Girl
6. NIN- March of the Pigs
7. Trick Daddy- Sugar
8. Gwen Stefani- Hollaback Girl
9. Black-eyed Peas- Let's get it started
10. Lil Jon- Get Low
11. REM - Star 69
12. Electric Light Orchestra- Mr. Blue Sky
13. Zox- Canon
14. Busta Rhymes- Break yo neck
15. Outkast- Bombs over Baghdad
16. Journey- Don't stop believin'
17. Killers- Mr. Brightside
18. Ludacris - Get Back
19. Korn- Got the Life
20. Lil Jon- Get Low

As you can see, I was a big fan of "Get Low".

My favorite new workout song (and it is rap so you should enjoy it) is: What you Know... the knew song by TI.

I also like: Kryptonite (Big Boi is on it with some group that I forgot)...

I almost always work out to rap, but I also mix in some Tom Petty... which is odd... But I like: Learning to Fly, Free Fallin, etc.
