I live about 5 min. from Tijuana
Ive never had offshore account so that is where I do all my bets

please dont get me wrong thats just my opinion and cant say what is gonna happen but that 13 jumped out at me a reminded me of what happen when these same 2 teams were playing last year in the same conditions.
