KC +1.5 (+150) for 4*... Affeldt looked very good during spring training and I love getting +150 and +1.5 runs. Royals sounded upbeat despite blowing a 7-4 lead in the 8th yesterday. Major concern is KC's blowpen, but let's hope if KC loses, it's by just 1 run. DeJesus is probably out for KC, but I like Costa as he provides some power plus Stairs can sub for Sweeney if he doesn't play. Chacon is solid, but Affeldt has been great after the 1st inning. Crossing my fingers he gets out of the 1st inning unscathed.
Cincy +135 for 3*... Reds have won 9 of their last 11 vs. the Cubs plus I'm not sold on Maddux despite a solid start in his last outing. Reds are pounding the ball and at this price they are worth the risk. Ramirez is also questionable and Jones is doubtful for the Scrubs.
White Sox -109 for 3*... White Sox have won 16 of the last 21 games against Detroit. Contreras is arguably the best SP for the White Sox.
Padres -118 for 2.5*... Mostly just a fade Moehler and fade the Fish play. Marlins have a minor league lineup so if the number is close to a pick'em, I have to take the other side.
