yeah they look solid. Playing the nats and marlins helps a ton as well. We will see how they do when they begin to play some decent teams.

Lets face it the Nats and the Marlins are 2 terriblely bad teams
But the Mets can only play who is on there schedule
Playing those triple aaa teams 19 times should guareentee them a wild card as the other divisions are more balanced
Lets wait though on getting them there world series rings...

They very well may be. BUT the season is not even two weeks and they have played two of the weakest teams in baseball, even thou they are in their division.

I think they are the favorites to win the east but I think its a little too early to be getting in line for playoff tickets.

The big question has gotta be whether their pitching staff can hold up over a 162 game season. An injury to Pedro or any other starter could be a big problem.
