Think these dogs have a shot Today. Just leans for now : seatt/sd/mil/min/ ...... Anytime Tim Hudson takes the hill you have to look at the over and the other side. 1 - 0 for the season with the 10 unit plays, might have one today. ANY THOUGHTS ?

Thanks wise, I agree. I have learned over the years that we all can learn something from anyone, even when the philosophy is not the same, on any subject. I believe I'm a little more selective than most and will pass on a game before I play the chalk but my one ten unit play this season was a 10/7 chalk win. I also believe that some days you should just lay in the weeds, don't force it. I just want ONE BIG ONE TODAY !!! PK WINNERS !!!!!!!!

Hudson at home could find his pitching back and s.d. is not very good. I would stay away completely.

I have alway made money going against big name guys in spots. The braves have lost 5 of his last 8 starts and their pen was better last yr.

I Think I said in this forum that Willis would have the kind of yr that Randy Johnson did his last with the D Backs and they are 0-2 his two starts this season. Tough to play Wash but Fla should be a pass at that price. If you fade Willis starts this yr, YOU WILL MAKE MONEY.

Hudson is such an enigma! He was lights out in the AL. Top 5 pitcher in that league. He has been a totally different pitcher in the NL. Last year, I think he was trying too hard to make a good impression on his new teammates. Let's see what happens this year.

His strikeout rates are certainly down from his Oakland days. Guys really is a #2 or #3 starter and not an ace and the Braves are paying #1 type money for him. I personally think the Braves do it today but of course you never know. Seems to me the line on the Brewers/Mets game is lower than I thought it would be. What do you guys think?

I don't mind the Brewers in this spot. I hate betting against a hot team (Mets), but Milwaukee is playing good ball too. Capuano is a young stud! I have both Capuano and Glavine on my fantasy team, so I will be rooting for a pitchers' duel.

The book is still out on Tom, He looked good against the Nationals and Marlins, We'll see. I'm looking for Glavine to have a tough season against good hot teams. Are the Brewers a good team ? I agree Wise, I don't like betting against hot teams unless it another hot team. I think most BB betters put to much on who starts the game. Betting against cold teams first is the way to go. Many very good starters don't get the loss but their teams don't win the game; IE Willis & FLA.

The price on LAA look like a trap. Can't get a good feel for one game tonight, may take Balt. For leans, will pass on MIL and add Tx. Are they going to have that air blowing the right way in the home 1/2 of the inning in the dome. Min could be live.

I absolutely LOVE SD and the OVER today. ATL is absolutely stinkin' right now with the Chipper incident and they are giving up runs every game. ATL can score which will put this game way way over. Hudson has been sucking of late and I will continue to bet overs and against ATL until stuff changes...... I dont believe teams or pitchers are "due".... Streaks, (win or losing) are what to look for and stay on.... Stick with the streaks..... SD's CH Park has struggled against the Braves last year thus making the over even more appeasing.

Final analysis: OVER and SD... Shit, parlay them too!!!!`

1 PLay Tonight : BALT 10/10 ......... The price tiped me to this one and I don't mind being on the house side either. Santana was 3-5 on the road with a era of 7.43 last yr. Lopez has good recent history vs LAA & LAA is 3-7 on the road when Santana starts. I started looking at this game looking to bet LAA but the right side is THE O's.... ... .. . will play a small ticket on seatt/tx/ sd/ balt/ for action.

Bryanz, thank for the BAL play was watching the game on TV bitting my nail while bitching and cursing the first couple inning. Finally Lopez settle down and pitch a shutout until the the releiver give up the tieing HR. Luckily for R. Hernandez homer in the bottom of the 9th to pull out the win. Great job keep posting those winners.
