Homeowners Insurance Rates

I know rates vary based on type of coverage and what type of house you have, but we have sold our house and are going to move, but haven't found a place yet. We just wanted to get an idea of how much homeowners insurance is going to cost us.

We are moving out of a townhouse, so all we needed was contents coverage since the association covers the structure.

Just shoot me an email and I will do some quotes for you. Rates vary so much from zip code to zip code let alone state to state. Not going to do you ANY good finding out what people on here pay, it wont relate to you in the least bit. Your insurance(credit) score will weigh heavily.

ps........if you put your auto and home owners with the same carrier you get a nice discount.

pss.......AAA here in Michigan has a credit union plan that is unreal. I shopped the market and they had the best rates.......and that's any credit union.

I do 50% group 50% individual, been doing health only for 15 years now, been in the business for 24 years. I'm a Blue Cross agent so I sell all there products...............there's lots of $$$ out there in this area.

Boys Out of curiousity does BC BS in Mich pay commission on group on % basis or have they went to per contract like KY?

They changed commission structure here from % of premium to set amount per contract--took about a 35% cut in pay on BC BS renewals.UHC climbed on same approack the following year.
