doing the unthinkable and putting a medium bet on kansas city tonight. byrd has no business being a 2/1 favorite over anybody, even a triple-A team. indians never have an easy time in kansas city. even last year year when they were red hot they needed comebacks to beat the royals in a handful of games. as crazy as this sounds, really feel like this might be the best of any mlb game tonight. yikes.

when i submitted the bet, i knew going in it wasnt going to be a cakewalk. nothing is ever easy with the royals. but would be really surprised if they completely blew this one.
