Will the Braves' streak finally come to an end? Personally, I can't see Atlanta winning the division again. The Braves' starting rotation (Smoltz, Hudson, Thomson, Davies, Sosa) is very average, and their bullpen is horrible. What do you guys think? If they do finish second or worse, who do you think will win the division title?

I would have to say the Mets would if anyone. The Phillies will be contenders most likely but I can't see their average to below average rotation getting it done either. The Marlins and Nationals can forget about it. IMO, its somewhat of a down division this year and if the Mets slip up, I think the Braves could steal it from them.

Wise, What is striking to me is their inability to give their starters any run suport. I realize Chipper was out, and a few guys have been day to day .... but their best offensive young guy has been the catcher. The other young guys are off to horid starts.

The Braves will hit their 20 win month and be right back in the thick of things.

They need to get heatlhy and some of the guys find their bats and they'll be here come October I believe.
