just a small correction in your stats - the Wizards have won 7 of their last 10 vs the Cavs and 8 out of their last 10 at home vs the Cavs.... they have not dominated the Cavs, either - in my opinion - they have outscored them by only 1.5 points in their last 10 meetings, and last year & the year before (many of the games these stats are based on) they had larry hughes who is now on the Cavs team, so maybe Cleveland is worth 1.5 points more now???
i agree that the Flakers are looking good these days - phil jackson is a great coach and could have been coach of the year in my opinion
