HELL
I assume that we have a bunch fit people here at MadJacks, well when working out what do you listen to? What's on the iPod, MP3, CD player, or walkman?

I try to still workout 4-5 days a week and mostly I have The Who, Van Halen, Metallica, and so on. I need to start running again to lose the spare tire I have now from drinking a lot of beer during bowling season, and from here I switch to James Taylor, Genesis, Peter Gabriel, and/or the Eagles.

When I max out on anything, has to be Lunatic Fringe (Red Rider) from Vision Quest.

Anyone....??

I usually listen to books on tape or business speakers.

My favorites:

Marcus Buckingham
Tom Peters
Tony Robbins (bring the heat. i know it's coming)

Dawgball, maybe I am wrong here but aren't you the same guy who said blowjobs are over-rated?

Again, I may have the wrong guy here but if not there are serious questions that need answered.

Yes, I feel BJs are over-rated. Not that they aren't fun. I just think they get a little more credit than what they deserve. And I've experienced all sorts. Some are on a completely different level, but for the most part they are overrated as a group.

Kind of like Paris Hilton before she was really in the spotlight. Of course, I would have hit it at anytime, but she was overrated. Now, I feel the majority of people agree on this subject so the example does not apply anymore.

While I am working out (mostly cardio to get my fat ass slimmer) I use that time to learn more shit.

I'm not really an angry person (don't say anything, djv), so I don't need to get mad at something to be motivated.

I do 2 miles on the treadmill every morning. Because it is downstairs in my house, I can't really listen to anything, as I would probably wake up the rest of the family (and I need to hear if the kids get up, so headphones are out). Sooooo, I watch the 5:00 am Sportscenter (no sound needed). I catch all the highlights from the night before, and before I know it, I've passed 2 miles.

Oh, and for the record, blowjobs are NOT over-rated.

SIXTYFIVE IT'S NONE OF YOUR DAMN BUSINESS, BUT I'LL ANSWER YOUR DUMBASS QUESTION. WE LISTEN TO A BIG VARIETY WHEN WE WORK OUT. EMINEM, 50 CENT, TIM MCGRAW, GOO GOO DOLLS, JAMES BLOUNT, JAY-Z, KENNY CHESNEY, EAZY E, JOE WALSH, ERASURE, SMASHING PUMPKINS AND ON AND ON....

WE HAVE OVER 10 MIX TAPES AND USE RANDOM PLAY ON THE MACHINE SO WE NEVER KNOW WHAT'S COMING UP NEXT.

MUCH MUCH DIFFERENT THAN YOUR TRANCE VOODOO BLACK MAGIC BULLSHIT THAT YOU LISTEN TO EXCLUSIVELY. SICK FOCKER.

Rap majority, just what I thought. lol, post back when you grow some pubes! You don't even know what voodoo is, and Zombie is far from that. Have you ever met a Voodoo priest or been in one's house? I have. You know chit about voodoo or most anything else, so :stfu: Also, who said I listen to that exclusively?? Idiot!

When I used to be more fastidious in workin' out and wanted to get out some aggression, I'd put on some Ministry, SOD, Black Flag (esp.when that psycho Henry Rollins fronted the band)...stuff like that.

Stromtroopers of Death!!! Now THATS psycho. What was that other "''OD" band? .....Oh yeah, MOD - "Method of Destruction" or something. Good old creepy hardcore.

You ever hear Pailhead? They were the singer from Fugazi/Minor Threat and the band from Ministry. Nice combination.

Most new rap sucks, but some of that old school stuff from Public Enemy and earlier was OK.

Jay Z is the most overrated human on the planet.
