A 3rd President Bush? :mj07:

ORLANDO, Fla. - Could there be a third President Bush? The current chief said Wednesday that younger brother Jeb would make a great one, too, and has asked him about making a run. The first President Bush likes the idea as well. Jeb Bush, the Republican governor of Florida, has one asset that his presidential brother doesn't right now ? approval from most of his constituents. While George W. Bush's approval ratings are in the low 30s, some 55 percent of Florida voters surveyed last month by Quinnipiac University said Jeb was doing a good job.

And I thought we were against oligarchies. Seems we are reverting to our English roots. :nono:

This country was stupid enough to elect, and then re-elect. GWB, so at this point nothing would surprise me.

I couldn't believe Clinton was elected, this guy the first time maybe but a second term for Bush tells me two things : We the people are not that smart & there is not much of a choice in these elections.

I can't imagine that in such large cointry only two families can have exclusivity over the executivre powers for 20 years. Much less 24 or 28 years. Seems power gives more power.

my friend sent me an e-mail about a dream ( nightmare ?) he had.....it goes like this....

2 more years of bush......then 8 years of hillary....then 8 years of jeb bush....then 8 years of chelsea clinton as president.....

that's 26 more years of the bushes & clintons running things.....

of course my friend has very little going for him in his life....

What about the Roosevelts?
There were only 2 qualified presidential profiles in the 20th Century. W. Wilson and W. Clinton

well first, Bush is now in the 20' s. And I'm sure come election time the Republicans will bring out the greatest hits again (Orange Yellow terror chart, and gay marriage, important shit like that. But although jeb can't count votes very well, he sure as Hell can clean up some hurricanes.

If he says God, freedom, terrorists and scares people, sure why not. I mean after all the crimes Bush # 2 has done and he still 30 some percent of these morons support him. Hell, just put #3 in front of a flag, have that cutsey little American flag on his lapel, have corporate america raise a billion or so in campaign contributions and tv ads so he can line their pockets with favorable legislation in the future Trent, Newt, Tom, et seq. did and voila` Bush the Third. Carl the Magician.
