cubs are 1-10 last 11 and yet they are -60 over the nationals...i know livan is having a terrible year, but come on. zambrano has been less than stellar so far this season...somebody please convince me NOT to play wash tonight...please tell me how in the hell the CC could be laying -60 when playing anybody but a coach pitch team...

Zambrano supposedly made some adjustments on his delivery before his last couple of starts and it seems to be paying off:

The 5 walks aren't great last time out but he has definitely looked better. The Cubs offense is terrible but you can't be surprised if Zambrano comes out and pitches a gem and gets the 2-1 win.

I don't think Hernandez gives a rat's ass if he wins or not, but the Nats could win by accident. Zambrano still has fire in the belly but he gets no run support.

I'm on the Cubs today. I will only bet on them if Zambrano or Maddux are on the mound. And even then it gets serious consideration before pulling the trigger.
