They got another call. I guess they were witing to see if the basket went in. Foul on duncan-They want him out. Refs control to much of the game.

I love spurs fans, they bitcch about the refs even when their team is winning!

I hate to hijack the thread jersey, i think we are just going to have to agree to disagree, I will concede that it seems like there has been more calls than usual in this series, the only thing i can say to that is that after Duncan the spurs look to draw the foul, tony and manu both drive into the lane and jump into any defender near them, I normally would dog them for it but it causes lots of fouls, Dallas is taking a page from spurs book and going to the hoop and forcing refs to make a call, offensive/defensive/travelling/ but the ugly asss way these guys are driving and looking for fouls the refs got to call something. Hate on SA and Dallas' weak offensive ref exploitation scheme if anything.
Anyway back to the hijacking, if you had a draft right now who would you take Dirk or Duncan? Im just curious, both guys are playing lights out, both are putting up ridiculous numbers and creating mismatches for both sides.
Me i would take Dirk because you can throw alot of biguglys and put Timmy at the line all night where he isnt that great, but there are not alot of guys that can cover a 7 ft threat that can finish and can hit from anywhere on the floor over almost anybody in the league whenever he wants.
Duncan is a better defender though, but offensively its tough not to take Dirk over Duncan. What are yours and anybody elses thoughts.

In my opinion this has been one of the most exciting postseasons in recent history. We have possibly the best second-round matchups we could have asked for with 3 of 4 series going to Game 7. There is a real chance that we will crown a new champion this season. There have been at least four games that qualify as an instant classic. (Spurs-Mavs Game 4 & 5, Lakers-Suns Game 6, and Suns-Clippers Game 5). Sure the refs have made a few calls that have not been so popular, but they are human beings, not robots and there is going to be a few calls not everybody agrees with in any playoffs.
