You really have to hate your neighbors for this one...

When I was younger these Russians (i feel like beantownjim) lived 2 doors down and to be honest I don't remember what they did to piss me off, but it was bad. So anyways me and my friends were about 15 or so and we broke about 5 toothpicks off in their driver side door lock. This was in the days before remotes opened doors.

We laughed our asses off every time they had to get in the passenger side and crawl over the console to the drivers seats, those cheap bastids!

a small tube of "Lock tight" would have done the trick permanently. Young kids.. never going 110%

:)
I love it!

Dad,

I still grumble and hold on to a chance for an appeal.

Just you wait.

teasit,

I hear you man, that's how I feel these days. Traffic zipping by at 60mph in a residential neighborhood posted at 25 today too. I can't even take my kids for a walk without fvcking stressing out about being hit.

You know exactly how I feel. It's like - how can I soar with the eagles when I have these turkeys all around me?

A story you will apreciate - as a young E-2 at the time, we had a lil party in the barracks. Someone sneezed on someone else and got a booger on them or something. No one would wipe it off. 4 minutes later there was literally poop being created and thrown in retaliation.

Had neighbors that had parties at night with lots of cars parked in street--one night one had the gall to park right in front of my house with two wheels on my grass--was warm summer night and idiot left his windows down--figured it was was perfect time to water my grass--with the sprinkler locked in one direction :)
If you have problem with neighbor with pool--go to army outlet store and buy marking dye the Navy uses for marking areas in water--it's florecent orange. Can not be scrubed off--they will have to repaint.

Marine...after teaching, coaching, adminstrating in schools for over 30 years I'm known as the "master of payback".My idol and mentor is Micheal Coreleone of the Puzo book and movie the "The Godfather".
You can have immediate payback a la Luca Braza or payback that occurs in time.I prefer waiting like Micheal did and then .."take fredo out fishing on the lake...Moe Green in Vegas,etc..
Now of course I'm not talking about knocking your neighbors off..even though on some nites you felt like that..but my all time favorite payback occurs after you move out yet it will effect them big time long after your gone.
I do aplogize to any of you that work for the US postal services because i realize it effects you and that part is not fair. But I don't do this often.Again forgive me postal workers..and my best friend works for the post office..and that even hurts more...

Do this to your worst neighbor of the 3.
Get his exact name, address, zip, etc Go to the public library, barnes and Noble, etc and go to the magasine area. Rip off the index cards inserted in the magazine..there advertisements...get computer, travel, nursing magazines.
In a computer one the inserts will have anywhere from 50-to 500 places to mark that your intrested in them sending you info. Color the boxes in.maybe color 300 of the 500.Then go to another computer magazine and do another 200,and then another computer one and another 300.Pound yourself with over a 1,000 computers adverstisements.Don't forget..all your doing is filling out 3 lines of your neighbors info and address and coloring in a dot. It takes 2 minuts on each insert.
Then go to travel magazines. do the same dotting all 7 continents, every island, country, etc. There are over 20 travel mags that you can dot.
But get a nursing magasine. you might have to look for some but there are many. . on each insert is every hospital in the world.dot 2,000 of them.even more..2,000 is a conservative number.
after you fill out all the cards which might take about 15 minuts total, mail them.. and the postage is free..the inserts all have free stamps...then wait.. like Michael Coreleone

The results...you don't get to see them. That is the one problem with this payback but......
so much mail starts arriving at Neighbor No 1's house. So much that after a few weeks Home delivery must stop..they will tell your neighbor you need to pick up your mail at the post office everyday..and when he picks it up it will be in those white bulk mail plastic boxes. And the post office will not sort out his real bills and mail with Manilla General Hospital of the Phillipines recruitment nursing letter,or a free nite in Bora-Bora if you stay 6 days...
This goes on for a year or two.So let that freak'in dog bark all nite.and let him rev that engine up all he wants.. but everyday he has to go to the post office and sort out tons of mail just to find his eletric bill...my favorite payback He'll curse everyday and you and your wife can bark...
Only did it once many years ago. and again i do feel bad for some postal workers.
good luck..

Box,

Yup, I had a friend do that to someone. The victim had just left on a 6 month deployment on his ship. My pal had given the magazines a shipboard address.

I can only imagine the warehouse of junk mail the poor victim had when he got back from deployment

yes marine i have had the same problem also with kids and motorcycles. it got so bad one time that my kids couldnt even ride thier bikes without me worrying they would get ran over. i called the cops on several occasions but since i lived in a private neighborhood they said there was not much they could do unless he was caught resklessly driving which is b.s. but what can ya do.

so i proceed to bombard my association office daily with call after call. that worked for awhile but the end result was he finally couldnt pay his motgage and he lost his house. which when i got home from iraq on leave it seemed many have forclosed on their houses. i am really thinking hard about moving overseas to europe and retiring. love the u.s. but nowadays people don't seem to give a chit about anything but theselves.

Yup, can't agree more tease it. I'm just outside baltimore, so between the electric company jacking up rates 75% over night, the school system in utter corruption and disarray, a dirty cop ridden police force - I'm ready to get out of dodge.

I wrote a letter to the local paper's editorial: listed all the above and then quoted Cartmen at the end:

"Screw you guys, I'm going home"

u talk about the electric company. I have been paying 65.00 a month for water for my house that i have not been living in since i left in sept of 2004. u got it right 65.00 a month. I couldnt shut it off either since the lines could freeze or my mom would stay there when she visited my sister from florida. but 99.9% of the time since i have been gone thats what my minimum was with not freakin usage. heat left on 60 in winter gas bill still over 100.00. once again i have not been in my house except 20 days in almost 2 years.

Spray their shrubs, flowers, grass, ect. with roundup right before you leave. It will be a week to 10 days before they know what hit them.
