Let's get this straight, the Cavs have covered five straight against the Pistons, including a game five victory in Detroit, and they're getting 9 points? I'm sure the public will ejaculate when they see this line! This line has sucker written all over it. Not to mention, a favorite is due to cover a game in these playoffs anyway. Thanks for padding my bankroll Cleveland, but now it's time to go the other way.:sadwave:

DETROIT -9
Risking $1,100 to win $1,000

I agree Wise that the public will be all over this line... But it just seems like these arent' the same Pistons and Lebron is definitely a special player and can make the difference... Cleveland made Detroit look weak at home 2 games in a row...I can't bite the bullet on the Pistons -9... I might parlay the ML or tease it...
But good luck to all.... am2kidz

dropped to 8.5 now, personally, i kinda like fh -4.5 more ... but hope deet does it now, even tho they have played poorly overall ... had Hughes played instead of joke Flip S., Cavs mighta walked outta there with W ... got both deet and spurs at 10/1 now, so hoping one of them gets there

you could have said the same thing about game 4
.... and game 5
.... and game 6

the cavs won outright in game 3, then were getting MORE points in game 4 at home. the game 4 line clearly said pistons.

but the cavs covered again and won outright

then the cavs went to detroit for game 5. the series was 2-2 and the pistons were laying double digits. if ever there were a line that said "pistons or nothing", game 5 was it.

but the cavs made that line look silly

then in game 6, the line was still shady as hell, opening the cavs as 6 point underdogs at home even though they were up 3-2 and had won both games in cleveland. clearly another game where the cavs looked too easy.

yet they covered again.

the game 7 line says "pistons or nothing"

... but so did the lines for games four, five, and six.

gut feeling says the cavs get blown out on sunday but this line is actually making the public pay to play the pistons.

I played detroit -11

my thinking was Damn!! thats way too many points
to be giving to Cleveland. It cant be that easy.

I was right, it was too many and the anti-pub play didnt work out.

I dont know if i can pull the trigger on that same thinking again. Detroit doesnt look like themselves

So. Cal
I like cavs here, dont think they win but think they keep it close like every game this series

Only games that havent been close is 1st game when detroit shot 99.999% from 3. Lebron shot hasnt even been going in, he has been averaging 20+ just from driving the lane. I think cavs keep it closer than 9,
just my thoughts though
