Sorry for the late response el JB. Got home @4:00, answered your question, and computer went out :cursin: It's been about two weeks that cable's been upgrading and it sux!
I'm going to bring the subject up in the next couple of days for discussion before the June Contest begins. I like the idea of having a set line for all. We'll see what the group thinks.
To answer your question about the + - whatever the line is at the time of your post is what we go by. Under the current rules a team must be at least Even to make a play. This can be kicked around during discussions as well. I'm thinking about using WL for our lines and with 8 cent lines sometimes there is no true dog. We'll see what happens in the next couple of days. Thanks for your input
