There are several of us here who have to be painfully close to the Royals situation via newspapers, TV games, and hopefully never going to see a game as that contributes to the problem. All Royal fans and sponsors need to avoid this team until they put something competitive on the field.
With that said, everyone here knows the importance of a good lead-off man. Say what you want about De Jesus, but it will change this team. I think that was his first game of the year last night.
They may still lose 25 games in a row, but I am taking a different look at them from a handicapping stand point. This is from someone who blindly played against them in 10 games of that losing streak.
