Mavs might be slight favs -140 (depending on game 6 etc) ...

Deet obviously be big fave over Suns ...

I will take the big Milk Dud, the next Air Apparent (pardon me King J), the host of desperate, former all-stars and the Big Slick in 6 to beat Hassledirk, fill in role player here, Cuban, and Avery the rook...now if the suns win, well, they are a true wild card.

Give me D in 6(if they can get by suns). Dirk likes to play Miami because they don't have a matchup against him that he struggles with. Bowen and Marion have always given him the most trouble of anyone in the league. I expect him to have a MONSTER finals. And the home court adv is bigggggg!

I think Dallas v Heat would be a great series, they match-up fairly well and I think I'd have a hard time putting some separation between them, but I may lean slightly towards Miami...probably look at it on a game to game basis

On the other hand, I think Miami does NOT want to see SUNS AT ALL !!! Phoenix creates WAY too many match-up problems for Miami.

Shaq will have a hard time STAYING ON THE FLOOR against the Suns. He will not be able to guard Diaw or Thomas and while he will be able to get his dunks on them, they will run him out the building to the point where he will not play enough minutes to dominate the pace of the game

Remember, Dampier hasn't even sniffed the court this series - not trying to compare skills, but merely size and build & he doesn't play at all vs Pho, then heat bigs will at least get reduced minutes ....I think Shaq is wearing his Mavs cap tonight as he watches game 6

thats said, Dallas probably get by Suns in G6, but I hate rooting against these Suns and then have them drain 3s in your grill all night long...thinking maybe just playing over 211 as I think Suns run enough to get it....

Gotta go with the Heat in 5 here boys. Just looks to be their year. Looking for them to punch D in the mouth game 1 and never look back.

IMO, Mavs will run with this Mia team just like they did against SA.
Dallas will have a big advantage on the bench just like they have had all thru the playoff. I am curious to see who will match up with whom. Dirk, Howard and Jason Terry will be match up problems for Mia. I see D Harris being a bigger factor in this series
than against Pho. Does anyone now Mia well enough to know how they will expose Dallas?
I know for sure Shaq will have a big, HUGE advantage against DamNear and Diop that is no secret. Wade will be covered by Terry or Howard I think. Who else in the Mia team is going to be
a factor for Mia? Old Payton,LOL how about Walker on and off.
These guys have made a big difference in the previous series, but I really think Dallas can neutrlize them. Dallas in 6. is what I predict.

truly like the mavs and the heat. tough here, as i have made great cash from both teams to date. however, the heat are older and slower and i wish them luck but i am afraid the mavs have too much. i am having flashbacks to the lakers shaq & kobe and the pistons from a few years back. obviously the mavs can't play piston "d", but the mavs have so many matchup advantages it is scary. shaq is playing great, but he will have to dominate and not get in foul trouble. the mavs are prone to lose focus and they are terrible on the def boards so anything is possible. the heat can present problems, but they cannot play sloppy at all. futhermore, that gary payton mf'er may lose the series all by himself - he is the most selfish, non team player of the entire team.

yep the mavs are twice as fast and twice as deep. They are also shooters who spread the ball around and will make shaqs fat ass get into shape. The mavs and suns tempo is twice as fast as anyone in the east.
