I have never bet soccer...but trying to figure out the lines...for example lets take the germany vs costa rica game tomm...I see lines like

Germany-1.5 (-126) and ML -435, -1.5 & -2 (+106), pk -1350, -1 (-265)....

whats the difference between taking the ML -435 as opposed to pk -1350? and whats the difference between taking -1.5 and -1.5 &-2 ?

let me give you some examples

lets say brazil vs. mexico for example

brazil pk -280
mexico pk +260

if the game is a draw no action

case number 2

brazil win -200
mexico win +150
draw +150

if the game is a draw, only the draw bets win ... the other two lose

sometime the line is weird like
brazil -1 and -.5

it means if you bet 100 bucks on brazil you have 50 bucks on them at -1 and 50 bucks on them at -.5

soccer has to do some weird lines since most games fall between 2 and 3 goals scored

ML involves a 3-way market.......win-draw-win.......no pushes. The spread (called the asian handicap) makes it a two way market combining different juice with the spread. Pick would mean a spread of 0 so if the game ends in a draw, all bets would be pushed (refunded). Anytime you see two spreads....i.e -1.5 and -2, it means half your bet is at -1.5 and half your bet is at -2. The correct way of phrasing it is -1.75 but only some books show this line in the correct format.....not sure why except maybe it is too confusing for the average person to figure it out. In practical terms, if you bet Germany - 1.75 (-1.5 and -2) @ -108 for 216/200 and the final score is 3-1, you would get a refund on half your bet (the -2) and the other half of your bet (the -1.5) is a winner. Total return would be 316. If you bet Costa Rica + 1.75 @ +103 for 200/206, the 3-1 score would give you a refund on half (+2) and a loser on half (+1.5)....total return is 103.

Anytime you see 2 spreads, just think half the wager on 1 line and half the wager on the other line.
