My problems with World Cup

1. I dont mind the game once every 4 years.. I watch alot of the games.. I pull for England< Scotland Ireland Germany root against Brazil Italy....
2. I dont like these guys going down every time they are touched like they got hit by a low powered bazoka, get carted off the pitch like a scene from Gone with the wind, Scream and roll around like they are getting a full fist colon test only to prance back onto the field 5 minutes later like nothing ever happened.. Have you ever seen a running back or QB get stung and act like these Charles Nelson Riellys???? Enough already..
3.Some of these teams dont need to win right now.. they are more than happy to take the 1 point tie and move on Makes for an even more boring game
4. Stop with the kicks back to the goalie.. ever seen a hockey player dish it back to the goalie to play it...
5. We suck at it.. I would love to chant USA with the rest of the nation but any sport the freaking Czechs can kick our ass in I cant truely get behind (are you listening USA Hockey .. you may be next)
6. Hooligans.. dude I been involved in some dicey situations (VT fan at West Virginia.. BC/BU hockey games Raider games Dolphin jersey at Foxboro and the Meadowlands) besides some yelling and name calling I have never had fans have a full scale battle plan ready for a game... Jesus these dudes roll with knifes and guns and other WMD just to go to a game... They actually prepare exit stradegys for post game debauchery..

I could not possibly agree more with #2 , hell the rest of the list is good, but here is my solution.

FIFA needs to review all the fouls, and issue a post game red card , to all the phathom dives, i mean i have seen these guys flip and flop around, and think man that guys in pain, only to see the replay and the others guys leg,foot missed him completely.


Thats when a red card needs to be issued, i think will knock off alot of the theatrics. :nono:

no guns!! btw just watched green street hooligians and was better than i thought it would be,pretty good movie never made into theaters over here besided nyc.la..got it at amazon...in the movie the guy was explaining a little about it and he says you guys got the bloods and crypts they use guns sell drugs hurt innocents,we watch are team and let out some rage afterwards against other blotes..intresting movie with good storyline.

#2, they have to get rid of the problem. It blows my mind that a guy falls down screaming in pain/agony, and 10 seconds later he is right back up and running.....

1. I cheer for the USA, sorry I'm an American.

2. I dont like these guys going down every time they are touched. The language barrier is what creates the acting. They aren't as bad when the play club ball and all the refs and player (well most of them) speak the same verbiage.
3.Some of these teams dont need to win right now.. this will change in the round of elimination.
4. They are speading the field when they pass to the keeper. I don't think I am able to explain further. It is much like a hockey player holding the puck behind the goal.
