PUEBLA MEXICO
Hi guys im from Mexico and i use to play and bet for fun, but just yesterday i got fired at work, im kind of tired and i want to try Sports Betting for a living, anyone knows a site where i can see info about this topic.
Or you know someone who has succeeded doing that ?

Im planning on playing with a bankroll of 25 k , a friend told me to play only one game per day risking 150 dollars and nothing more. Ive been told to use the stars system but my friend tells me that doesnt work.

PLEASE the ones that can help me , Post your opinions .
THanks in advance.

Forget it !!!

Forget it !!!

To be successful at this and make a aliving takes so many personal traits needed in 1 person that its almost almost a sure disaster. For one thing $25,000 is not enough $$$. #2 I had a mentor that had been doing it for a lifetime and proved to me its even possible. Ya gotta believe that its possible and for the huge majority of people prob 99% its impossible.
I could talk about this for hrs but just a few reasons why u wont make it.

#1 U have to get rid of the pit in ur stomach when u bet and when u lose.
#2 Ya better have an ego the size of a planet because ur going to need it. Everyone thats a loser is going to tell u ur nuts.
#3 you need years to learn each sport or form of gaming. Experience is KIng!!!
# 4 you are going to have to make bets close to $1000 per play if u want to live comfortably. Took me years to get up to have the confidence to bet at that level.
U have to find out what ur betting set point is...how much are u going to be playing per play when u start so fear doesn't enter the equation and cloud ur judgment.
#5 If your greedy ..have no discipline cant manage ur money and do not have reasonable expectations ur done before u start.

Could spend hrs at this but ..in short forget it.
You spend 4 -5 years getting a coll degree 4 -5 years learning a trade..don't be a fool and think u can surf around the Internet and get an education.

I agree with this one.

Its sometimes not a appealing attribute, but you have to have it as a gambler to win.

Not to get in the way of all the good advice, but i do know this one guy on here, that i havent heard from lately,

but he told us that "He's living the dream", but he is good at what he does , take his betting advice, the rest with a grain of salt.

Because when he loses he tends to piss in his ol' ladies sock drawer.

Hey ohh Buddy Clem

Clem D , boys living the dream, so much so he wasnt needed to make a wager in awhile. :142smilie

If you can spend hours talking about it then you have not got a clear understanding yourself of what it would take to accomplish what senor is asking. So I disagree with most everything else you said.

but good luck with your fade plays. that seems to be working for you.

I started sports betting in 1978.............my only advice for you is, get a job and do your sports betting as a hobby. Between the bad streaks and the stress it will catch up with you and sometimes it will just overtake everything. I became so preoccupied with it that I couldn't focus on anything else............really think this out before you jump in.

Here is how you start.

Put the entire thing on the Mets tomorrow minus 1.5. You will have increased your bankroll by 70%...after that you are on your own.

note: I have 7 yrs experience and "finally" figured it out...lol
yea it took that long
i was 19 then now im 26...

So let us in on the "finally" Gravy. Would love to know.

Kikin if you have no experience in sports betting you can forget it. I have been student of sports betting for three years now with dollar signs in my eyes and have yet to make any good money at it. Have come to the conclusion that I will just make a hobby of it and keep learning.
Good luck

Sonny - Atlanta !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sonny - Atlanta !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If u Truly think that a 4 - 34 record was arrived at by a mouse click and stealing someones pick u are truly brain dead. Ya musta spent 1 too many nights in microwave.

And don't get your diaper all wet about "Can u say underdog'..check the 4 -34 and you will find a handful of favorites...rest all underdogs....i haven't seen a peep out of u here for the few months i've been here...ur the one with time on his hands to make 12,000 plus posts in 4 years..i have a life...i don't have the time to scrounge around for your record if it beats 4 - 34 " Post It".... if not go back to to sucking the exhaust of winners in Victory Lane.....If I have time I'll give you directions on how to get there.....i'll be looking over my shoulder.... and 2005 is old news...did u develop a brain aneurysm in 2006.

If u are homebound or disabled {physical or mentally"i apologize for being so truth full.
