Thinking about the yankees but Mussina's condition worries me somewhat. Torre thinks he is OK.
Opinions on todays game, will they come back from being wooped last night. :scared

Mussina threw 50 on the side Sunday and said he didn't feel his groin on one single pitch. If you can get the Yankee pre game radio show, Joe's very transparent about the condition of his starters.Mussina at his best doesn't give you a big edge over Byrd, He is 4-1 @ home and shut the Yanks down earlier on the road. The yanks look like they could be in for a little tailspin and the Indians are hot.

Mussina has gone 4 or 5 in , 3 of his last 4 starts. Don't think the Yanks will use Villone tonight because he went 2 2/3 yesterday. Should be a tough night for the Yankee pen. The over looks good.

I have heard Joe's pregame show for many moons, based on his comments, I don't think the groin will be a factor. Thinking about it further, I don't think he would have used his pen the way he did yesterday, unless Moose was ready to go. Think he would have saved Villone.

GL Bryanz. I will play the injuns, they muist be seeing the ball like a basketball, they scored 19 runs last night. going with the hot team and against a pitcher that may have a small injury waiting to re appear.

The Boss just released a statement. "Brian Chashman is working very hard to improve the team, the responsibility is totally in his hands." Translation, this is his last yr unless we win the ring.
