Oh and by the way, BRILLIANT move leaving in Carpenter LaRussa. 108 pitches thru 8, getting shelled because he's leaving his pitches up, and yet he comes out to start the 9th. These managers are unreal.

Hopefully they hold em to none but I dont have a good feeling about this

I'm with ya Rex, but I've lost so many games on bullpen crap this year that it's gotten to the point that I expect bullpens to throw games away. Not getting out of that 8th by Carpenter was inexcusable.

why do I waste my time betting on baseball? 5-2 lead in the 8th and they're going to lose. Unf'ing real.

extra innings hopefully

I don't think it will matter. The way this is going I can't see the Cards winning. Houston is hitting well, crowd behind them, and St. Louis is on their heels. The only shame is that Carpenter can't take the lose. That piece of shit deserves to lose this game.

A smart manager would take Izzy out. He clearly has nothing. But I'm sure LaRussa will leave him in to give it up.

Oh well. Even if they get out of this inning they will lose. Their BP sucks and their manager is a dipshit.

I'll tell you this much... if Isringhausen starts the next inning I'm just cashing out the rest of my money in my account and waiting for football. These managers and bullpens have WAY too much impact on these games. I can't cap their stupidity and ineptitude.
