In college a bunch of us went to Mardi Gras and this girl was with us (not very hot) and there was 15 of us in a small apt. Well this girl had a neck injury and had to wear a halo for it...hence the Neck...as for the foot part this chick had the smelliest feet than anyone I have ever come across...it was absolutely disgusting...to this very day when we talk about that trip we still bring up FootNeck...needless to say the nickname stuck the rest of her college years
