For Those Who Showed Interest in Poker Tourney #1

I put several options in for Pokerstars, majority rules. I will let this poll go for a week, and then try and set up the first tournament in the next few weeks...

I have made an executive decision based on the previous replies, that there will be a tournament every week for 15 weeks and only your top 10 finishes will count towards the points standings, this will give leeway to people who cannot participate every week (I will keep a spreadsheet and update each week & post it)

I will post a seperate poll shortly for the points standing...

Once we get this part down, we can choose who holds onto the extra "points standing money", does not matter to me...

Are you thinking about running this for 15 games when ever they can make it?, or over the course of a year(ending shortly b/4 the WSOP!) like we disscused before?..................

I have some other ideas, but will save them for later depending on everyone else :shrug: :com:

Most of the responses I got were from people who didn't want to fork over a bunch of money, and wanted to keep it around $10-30 each week.

The tournaments would be every week for 15 weeks, but if you can't make a week here and there, it won't kill you in the point standings because only your top 10 finishes count..


Also, Thanks for your kind words, I am up at Caesars Indiana quite often (family in Louisville) so maybe I will see you up there some time, or when traveling even farther up north...

Just a thought....

With Football season fast aproaching, I don't think Monday night would be a good night, a lot of people like to go out and watch the MNF game... :shrug:
