Getting my money back with these scrubs tonight. When I woke up this morning and did my usually checking of the message boards all I saw was "Oakland Huge", "I am taking the A's", "Zito owns the Mariners", etc. Washburn has been pitching better of late and Zito has an ERA north of 5.00 since the All-Star Break. I mean 13 wins against a team in a row is tough to do, I may very well lose this bet but with 76% of the public on the A's and the line opening at -161 but being bet down on the overnight lines to -145 I won't be the only one.

GL bro, you are probably on the "Right Side" tonight. I mean only an idiot would take Seattle with the A's record vs. them, probably should of just pounded the under. Something to note though Street is unavailable for the game so maybe if Seattle can keep it close they can steal one and put this streak to an end finally.

hey cherrypicker i like that call. the a's have been hot but zito's been getting rocked lately. not that seattle has the wood, but like you said- washburn looks good lately. not great, but better than usual. for the money (earlier) you gotta take the risk. thanks for the support by the way- good luck

i havent made a baseball bet other than all star game in 3 months, tried As, 0.45 era vs 12 inn 10 er, and down 2-0 ... As got sax loaded, one down in 2nd

Beltre sucks, this guy is such a bust, swings on ball 4 and pops it up to help Zito get out of the jam. This will be the last time I bet on this joke of a team.

A's just tied the game 2-2... I'm another moron A's backer tonight. Still very early as it's only the 4th inning. Street being out does hurt the A's.

zito is a joke. has been the past three seasons. his curveball is beer league material. i dont know why this guys name continues to get thrown around in trade talks every year with big name teams. i see the yanks over paying for his broke ass pavano style next season and him rotting in south beach on the dl strumming his guitar...ok im done now. can you tell i dont like the guy? anyways lets go M's

Beckett is very young and is going thru some growing pains right now. He will be our ace eventually but he needs to learn a few things from Curt before the man rides off into the sunset.
