2 Game chase today- Yankees or Boston? Oakland or KC?

I want to do a 2 game chase today, basically taking one team in both matchups to win atleast 1 game.

1)In the first game, would you take Boston or Yankees to win one game?

2)In the second double header, would you take Oakland or KC to win one game?

What I am doing is playing the loser in game 2 of Boston/NYY.

W/ the Oak/KC, I am hoping Oak losing game 1 and hammering them in game 2!!

Here is what I dont understand. At my book, I can take Yankees to win straight up, -155, OR I can take BOSTON +2.5 runs, -175. That is just hard to fathom. Why are 2.5 runs so close to the opposite team's line? Makes you think the yankees are gonna win big in game 1.
