KC took the first 2 today, Yankees took the first 2 today, do you think Boston and Oakland can take one this weekend? Huston Street leaving hurt tonite isnt good for Oakland. Yankees are just plain kicking arse right now.

What do you think?

Oakland's best shot is tomorrow. If they lose tomorrow I would not chase on Sunday.

Boston should get one of the next two (again I wouldn't chase into the last game).

Another good question is whether Seattle will win another game for the rest of the season.

yea, tommorrow is the day. If I chase to a game 3, and lose, whoa nelly. Thats why im teetering. I wonder if it would be better to jump over to the Yankees and start playing them, or what. Hmmm, still have a few hours to decide. Might take my losses and put them on Phillies with Cole tomorrow.

Philly scares me. Played the Nats today and it paid off. I just think the Phils might be at the point where they slide and pack it in for the season.

Regardless, good luck on your plays. I've been on a decent run and am just being a bit selective prior to packing it up for good and looking towards the pigskin.

At first glance I like the Tigers, Rockies and Mariners.

I know people are probably going to think I'm crazy about the M's, but Washburn has pitched well against the Angels. At the same time Lackey hasn't done well against Seattle. Could be the spot the Mariners stop their skid, or maybe not...

Again, those are my early leans and going to look into them further. You have any input on those games?

Yankees are the best team in baseball right now. Playing like a well-oiled machine. I'd find it very, very tough to play against them right now.

honestly

Either team could get swept. KC is definitely not as aweful as they were a few months ago. Oak can't score enough. Boston is definitely lacking in a number of areas and the Yanks can easily score with them while throwing a better pitching staff in.

Whatever you do you need to get yesterday out of your thought process.

I wouldn't bet on the A's today, Kc has been hot at home against good teams and Zito reminds me of Peavy before his last start. Tough spot for a guy trying to find it. He use to be good, not right now, if they win it, wont be because of Barry. The A's are to high of a price for a game that could be a shoot out.

Probably a smart move not playing Oakland. I see this game as a coinflip and think KC has some pretty decent value at that price.
