I've had my hiney spanked so many times in the past due to chasing the action, I'm surprised the sportsbook hasn't sent me a cushion and an ice pack.

So this year, I told myself I'm gonna' do things differently.

Fewer wagers / larger amounts

Anyone besides me thinking of just making one wager this weekend?

Now, if I only knew what that one game was.

...but there's no way I could ever limit myself to 1 wager per weekend. Personally, I fall on the side of the divide that holds the belief that it's not ever in your best interest to bet a particular number of games per week...be it 1 or 5 or 10. If you believe that you have enough of an advantage to play a game, then it is playable. If you only have one, then fine...if 3 come up as plays, fine...5? okay...whatever. Most folks folly (and I'm still guilty of it myself...especially after a few brews) is the "casual" bet. Those are the ones that eat up your bankroll...slowly, but eat it up nonetheless. :nono:

lord, if i could do that, i might actually win money in the long run. and where would be the fun in that? :scared

i was just telling a buddy friday night that if i could do that, i could retire and make a living betting sports, a la clem. my biggest plays almost always hit, but i struggle to keep my head above water every year. the funny thing is, i am extremely disciplined at blackjack, and i'm way ahead over the last 5 years or so. but i can't seem to carry it over to sports betting.

Man Buddy there are so many good games right now. Maybe im just psyched that I am not just haning out in the general forum anymore, but I have a card about 5 or 6 deep for the first week, and i usually only make 1-3 plays on avg a weekend.

I would say the 2 plays I feel strongest about would be my ark/SC under and my okla/uab under(with or without the okla covering + over parlay to hedge)

I see alot of cappers on Pitt and Houston as well, I will be on Pitt, but will probably jump on houston come game time as well.

GL with whatever play you choose, but like you I am also curious to see what play they feel strongest about.
