Washington -3 (-140) for 7.5* &
Skins 1st half -3 (+100) for 3*... Vikings have been a horrible road dog lately going 2-7 ATS their last 9 games as an underdog. Redskins should be a far better team offensively with Santana Moss, Antwaan Randle El, and Brandon Lloyd at the WR positions. Portis is expected to play, but Duckett should get a number of carries. Redskins should win this game by at least a FG and probably more. Washington is the far better defensive team and Minny will have a difficult time putting points on the board.
Prediction: Redskins 20-13

Oakland +3 (+100) for 4*, ML (+150) for 5*, & 1st half +2 for 3*... Rivers is making his first career start @ the black hole? Sounds to me like a recipe for disaster. I know the Chargers have owned this series, but things won't be easy with Brees gone. I expect the Raiders to hold Tomlinson in check (say 80-100 yards rushing and 140 total yards) and for Oakland to exploit the weak secondary for the Chargers. Brooks is probably excited to be making his first start in Oakland and I think it's a victorious home opener.
Prediction: Raiders 24-17

Sorry to see I'm going against so many cappers, but I have analyzed these games and I really like the home teams. GLTA

Redskins 1st half was a winner, just barely due to miss PAT. Redskins should have scored another TD instead of kicking a FG toward the end of the half. I was hoping for a middle opportunity, but it's very small due to the late FG so hoping Washington hangs on for the victory.

Edited: I should have taken Vikings 2nd half... they wanted this game more than the Deadskins. Sean Taylor is a moron. He might be one of the best safeties in the league, but he sure makes some bonehead plays.

Nice kick John Hall with the game on the line. Tough loss for Skins as they play in the brutal AFC East and can't afford losses to average teams like Minnesota at home.

Congrats to all Viking backers and Vikings ML backers. Tony Richardson and Steve Hutchinson give Minnesota a physical presence on offense. The Vikings also played much better defense than they normally play away on the road.

Redskins have sure looked sorry in the 2nd half. Their red zone offense has been inept as well as going 1 for 4 kills Skins backers. Congrats to Vikings +4 bettors as you're looking good.

Late game:
I waited to place my plays and took the following:

Raiders +150 for 5*
Raiders +3 (+100) for 4*
Raiders 1st half +2 for 3*
