Arkansas -1.5 over Bama

Does anyone have any info on this one? This game is listed (Ark -2) on the Football Challenge (only college game) so I was wondering if anyone has anything on it? Gut says this is begging for Bama money so I should go with Arkansas...but I don't know much about either squad or the SEC second tier.

if you know nothing about either team, how can you say the line is begging for bama money?

arkansas is prob a year away from being really good but (as the line indicates) a win here wouldnt be an upset. main concern would be mustain facing his first legit defense. but he seems really poised for a true freshman.

I didn't say I know nothing, I said I don't know much.

I can say the line is begging for Bama money because:
1. I'm guessing Joe Public is more inclined to bet Bama than Arkansas off of reputation alone.
2. Bama is undefeated
3. Arkansas got destroyed on national TV.
4. Arkansas barely beat Vandy this weekend

I'm still a college football fan and I don't bet to bet. When I say I don't know much, I was trying to see if my gut reaction might be right because I haven't done much more than look at the standings/highlights.

Ha Ha I know, but I do like our chances but trust me Ive been wrong before. Ha Ha

I will say this, these two teams always but up a big fight when they play each other, it should be a good game to watch.

I think its high time for an arkansas home upset. They seem to do it every year and this is a good spot since the bama offense is sluggish.

I like Bama, and yes I am shocked the line is not favoring Bama...I have no idea why either...Ark's defense isn't that great, and Bama's is pretty damn good...I'm guessing Vegas sees this game as a possible upset for Bama....I'm not 100% convinced of how good either team is yet...I wouldn't bet the farm on Bama but for the record I think bama is the better team
