9/21 thru 9/23 NCAA

I will have to go back and total my record for the year, off the top of my head I think I am slightly above 50% for the year as the late Saturday 4-0 helped out. Have been focusing most of my attention on the NFL and need to get back into the college scene more heavy.

Tonight

Tech-9.5 first half (bought hook)

Cavs are miserable and if they cannot move the ball on Pitt or Wmich and struggle to score against Wyoming then there is really very little doubt that they will have a miserable time moving the ball on perhaps the best defense in the ACC. Cavs are not bad on defense, but even the best defense will wear down as the year progreses if they are exposed to too many minutes on the field. I hate backing Ball in any game and between GT and NCST, I think I have lost more money on these teams then any other teams in the country, but it's time to get some payback and I think this is the game. I liked the under in this one as well but I fear Tech scoring in the 30's and UVA scoring some garbage points. Just my opinion but does the ACC have some of the most overrated coaches in the country: Amato, Bowden, Chan, Coker, the coach at UVA? But then again I do like the coaching of both BC and Wake that usually have inferior talent then the above mentioned teams. Oh well enough of my rants and as alwyas good luck Cappers!!

ur right on that Sun Tzu, but that was Boise's first road game and they were coming off a blowout of another terrible PAC 10 defensive team OSU that has perhaps one of the 10 worst coaches in the country. As I said, I rarely get good reads on weither GT or NCST so I could be way off on this one.

For what it's worth, they are ranked 16th nationally against the run, and yes they did shut down Boise State in the second half last weekend. UVA still has a few athletes but seemed like a wreck.

Looked long and hard at tonights game and wanted to pull the trigger on NW, but just cant bring myself to do it. I can't account for the mental state of NW and I am not sure any of us will be able to the rest of the year. I cant back a novice coach going up against one of the most innovative offensive coaches in football. Ault may be one of the most uderappreciated coaches in the country as he has won over 70% of the games he has coached. Im passing this game and going to gear up for tomorrow.

Ouch really missed out on the Bearcats today, I guess the early sisters of the poor schedule for Beamer is not paying off. Im wondering how many coaches are going to walk the plank this yer in the ACc, my guess is Amato, Roof, Bunting, and Coker are gone for sure. I think Ralph and Groh will get one more year.
