The dogs have been cashing a lot lately, looking at the card tomorrow I have to say I like almost all of the favorites to win except for maybe San Diego. I know parlays are a waste of money but I was thinking of doing a favorites par with maybe a total or two as I think that we may have one of those days where the favorites go on a tear. Looks to me like there are some good home pitchers going tomorrow for teams that have been playing well. I like the looks of Capuano, Bedard, Francis, Padilla, and Oswalt all at home. Peavy and Penny are a little overpriced in my eyes as the Dodgers haven't been playing that well and even though Peavy is tough the Pirates have been playing well and all of Dukes losses on the road were back when the Pirates were playing like crap. Chacin at home is usually a good bet the Blue Jays are not playing well so laying almost 2:1 on them against the Red Sox makes my stomach turn. What do you guys think about at least the early favorites chances?

Well looks like the the only favorite in the NL not to cover was the Dodgers. Figures it would be a pitcher that has dominated the team he is pitching against that loses as big chalk. In the AL 4 dogs barked as Tampa Bay took down RJ as usual and Cleveland won with another new starter. Oakland lost to the Angels, which they do a lot when Lackey pitches and Baltimore with Bedard only laying -140 seemed to be the sucker bet of the day. It appears that the favs in the NL have been doing well lately, will be interesting to see what goes on tomorrow. GL everyone, only one more week left of regular season games!
