im sorry. this isnt a cover until the clock reads 0:00. seen too many cheap TD runs in this kind of spot.

Impressive stop by Southern Miss. Never would have come down to that though if they hadn't taken the last series off.

i love it. we play 6 min. qtrs on video games. Last 2 mins of each half, you can run clock as you like. This game is over.
Maybe they will go back and take safety.....ball game!

well all i can say is that it was one lucky cover considering the way the game had gone. I am still trying to figure out why muffin man was throwing across the middle from his endzone. usually go down the sidelines. UCF was the right side IMO. but as we see way too many times these games swing in a matter of minutes on turnovers, missed tackles and bonehead plays that u can never cap. Just glad to salvage that cover.

I can't believe they actually played that smart and ran the clock out. I would prefer a 40-second clock and that new rule is such crap...but...they took advantage of it all and ran out about 2:40 I think it was.
Just go backwards, then go down. Hold the ball for a couple extra seconds after the play, etc. Refs take their time spotting it, etc. Repeat twice. Game over.
