80% of the public is on Rutgers and the line moved from 4 to 3.5. Last night public was on Auburn and TCU. The books clean up on these games. Rutgers is good but overrated! They lost their best WR for the season. South Florida beat Rutgers in Rutgers last yr and South Florida crushed Louisville last year. This shoule be a very competitive game.
